Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your NuFACE device, attachments, and power cables in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
